DELIVERY TIMES

UK mainland orders received by 3pm, Monday to Friday, will usually be dispatched within 48 hours for standard delivery. Orders are only processed Monday-Friday.

SCOTLAND & NORTHERN IRELAND

£70 minimum spend (post discount) required for all orders with delivery to Northern Ireland, delivery charge of £13 applicable on orders below £100.

Please allow an additional day for deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland.

We are sorry to advise that we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays).

PROOF OF DELIVERY

All of our UK delivery services require a signature upon delivery. Due to COVID-19, drivers are now required to take a photograph with the door open as signature upon delivery. This means that it is not possible to leave an item. If the item has been delivered, then an open door should be visible in the photograph as proof of delivery on your tracking results. If you are not in on the day of delivery, please select from your alternative choices when you receive your DHL notification.

SKIN REACTIONS

At Lira Clinical we offer a wide range of cosmeceutical products which contain active ingredients. If you choose to buy via our website without receiving a prescription within the clinic and a reaction was to occur, we are unable to provide a refund. The following section details how our customers can return goods purchased from the website shopping cart and how refunds are calculated dependent on the cause for return.

14 DAY RETURNS GUARANTEE

Lira Clinical want all of our customers to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. However we know and understand there may be occasion where you want to return items. That’s why we offer a 14 day returns guarantee, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund of the product or goods purchased. The refund does not include the delivery charges of sending the goods to you, or return postal costs unless there has been an error on our part or the item is damaged or defective - (Please see Damaged or Defective item or errors on our part – returns refunds). Please get in touch with our customer care team at info@dermapure.uk and they will assist you with your return. For your protection we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service to insure the goods during return postage.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED ITEMS AND ERRORS ON OUR PART

Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, on rare occasionally we may get it wrong or items are damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. Because these items are damaged or defective or we have made an error we will refund in full; the item, the delivery charges levied by us when taking your order and your return postage costs. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage, except where the item we sent you was damaged or defective on receipt or there was an error on our part.
